I was raised to believe that character matters more than recognition, that integrity outlasts achievement, and that service gives meaning to success.
The lessons I learned early in life did not come from a classroom. They came from people—family, mentors, and leaders—who lived with purpose and led with conviction.
The Air Force gave me structure, accountability, and a broader understanding of duty. It taught me that leadership is not about rank, but responsibility.
Throughout my professional journey, I have been entrusted with leading teams, solving complex problems, and delivering results that matter. But the work has never been about me—it has been about the mission, the people, and the impact we can make together.
Beyond the uniform and the office, I am a husband, a father to three amazing children, and a man of faith. They are my greatest motivation and my constant reminder of what truly matters.
